The holiday house is located in Vernazzano, a hamlet of Tuoro sul Trasimeno, near one of the most beautiful and famous towns overlooking the lake: Passignano sul Trasimeno. Close to the Perugia-Bettole motorway connection, it allows you to move around and to visit the most beautiful cities of Umbria and Tuscany such as Perugia, Assisi, Montepulciano, Arezzo and Siena.

The structure is a single-storey house of 100 square meters with an enclosed garden and swimming pool for the exclusive use of customers. Inside you will find:
- 1 kitchen and living room open space
- 2 bathrooms with shower
- 3 bed rooms (8 people max)
- 1 laundry room with washing machine and iron board
